History:
Samuel Gardner
Samuel Gardner took down a wing he had built on his old house and rebuilt it here, as his new house. He lived here until his death, where he passed it down to his daughter-in-law, Martha Gardner. After this, it was owned by Frank Rowe, Timothy and Ann Townsend, Hames R. Leach, Norman E. Vincent, Perham Parker, George Shepard, Charles Shepard, and Gertrude Richards. At one point, the house stood near the railroad station.
